When do I need to make my choice for the kit each month? You need to log on and make your choices NO LATER than the 27th of the month before.
Am I able to buy kits from the previous ideas section? Yes. You will need to call us to run you cc manually and then we will send out the kits to you with your next month’s Treasure. We are working on a section where you can place the orders yourself for past kits.
How do I see my choices? You need to be a current Treasure Box customer to see the kit choices each month. Log on with your Username and Password and you will be automatically be taken to the monthly choices.
How do I create my account? If you are an existing customer, you need to go to the left hand side of the HOME page under the treasure chest where it says “I am an existing customer and need to create my account”. Follow the directions from there and it will walk you through the creation of your account. If you are a new customer just click the button “Sign up” and you will be walked through the process.
How do I cancel? We are hoping you never need to ask this question . . . But if you do, log on to your account with your Username and Password. Click on “account information” and there is a place to cancel your subscription. This needs to be done before the 27th of the month. We are sorry to lose you as a “Treasure” customer!
I have forgotten my Username and Password. How do I retrieve them?
Go to the main page of our website (www.gototreasurebox.com
) and click on the “Login” button at the top right of your screen. This will take you to a new screen where it notifies you that you have entered an “Invalid Username or Password”. Underneath the “Submit” button there is a “Forget your ID or password?” link, click it. This will take you to a new page titled “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and you will receive your Username and Password in your inbox within seconds
I haven't received my kit yet. When should I expect it? We usually ship your kits out by the 10th of every month. It takes between one to two business weeks for the kit to arrive. If you are within this window please wait for the kit as it will arrive within this time frame. If you have not received the kit by the 27th please send a notification by phone or email and we will resend the kit. If you send an email please include your current mailing address so we can confirm it is the same. We will send your replacement kit, but it will be sent with next month's order. If you happen to receive your missing kit before the 5th of the next month then PLEASE let us know so we can cancel the resending of your kit.
If you send an email before the 27th stating your kit has not yet arrived, we will kindly ask that you wait until the 27th as some kits do arrive up until that time.
I can't remove a kit out of my cart. What should I do? All you need to do is go to the right side of the screen that has the red lettered links. Click on the link that says "This Month's Kits". This will lead you to where all of the new kits are available for selection. Click on the kit you want, and at the bottom of the page click on the button "Choose as your default kit". Then go to the red lettered links on the right-hand side and click on the "View your Cart" link. The other kit should remove itself automatically. If it is still there it should at least provide you with the option to remove it then. Click "remove" next to it and it will go away..
How do I choose a previous kit instead? You will need to choose which kit you want under "Previous Ideas" link at the top of the web page. Once you know what you want you will have to email us the selection, because there is no way to input your kit choice on your account. Once we input your kit choice into our systems we will send a reply to confirm it is done. However, the selection you made will not appear in your cart online but it is entered into a comment section on our administrative website for delivery instead.
